Who is suitable for temple filling?

Temporal collapse usually begins in the mid-20s and becomes more pronounced in the 40s. Depending on factors such as regular exercise, good nutrition and sports, the aging process and collapse of the temple area may differ. As you get older, the hollow in the temple area can become much more pronounced due to a wide forehead, narrow temples and narrow cheeks. The solution to this in aesthetic surgery is dermal filler injection.

How is Temple Filling Applied?

Dermal filler treatment is very effective for temple treatment. Dermal filler injections are used to reshape your temples and restore their former volume.

Many dermal fillers are made from a clear gel consisting of a substance naturally found in the skin. Dermal fillers vary in viscosity, thickness, and longevity. The use of thinner fillers is preferred in areas where your skin is thin and smooth, such as your eye area and temple area. Dermal filler treatment for temples can be done by injection technique using fine-tipped needles.

What is the Healing Process After Temple Filling?

In the temple filling treatment, it is aimed to create the least possible amount of bruising. Fine-tipped needles are used for this. Since filler injections spread superficially, the risk of contacting veins or arterial walls is low. Most dermal fillers are applied with a local anesthetic that will significantly reduce the risk of pain during your temple filling procedure. This local anesthetic numbs the temple area; in this way, minimal discomfort is felt during the filler injection.

After the temple filling, the effects are immediately obvious. If there is any swelling, it will resolve within 2-3 days after the temple filling.

How Long is the Permanence of the Templar Filling?

The lifetime of the temple filler application varies depending on the age, the amount of dermal filler used, the placement of the dermal filler and the type of dermal filler product used. For most patients, results can take up to 12 months.

After applying the filler injection to the temples, we recommend using an eye serum and sun protection to moisturize.
